A note from Emily
I’m not a business coach that crunches numbers and gives you strategies and frameworks you’ve seen a million times before.
I am someone who has always been fascinated by the way people behave and how and why we act, speak and show up as we do. After many years of personal exploration I’ve found a modality that captures the why behind those actions: Human Design.
Applying my Human Design practically and pragmatically to my business, along with getting the support I needed, changed my life. And because I know how powerful the results can be, I want to share my knowledge with as many other female founders as I can. Think of me as your co-conspirator, collaborator and silent sister-CEO.
We are the trailblazers.
There is no blueprint for us as female founders who want to do business differently. We’re feeling our way, laying the path for those who will follow us. 40 years ago, women couldn’t spend their own money in a pub. 150 years ago, we, and our assets, were property of the men in our lives. Before that, self-sufficient, powerful, poised women who ran their own affairs, finances, and futures were burned in witch hunts that, if they happened today, would absolutely include us.
We have come a long way, and there’s still so much further to go.
And it’s not going to happen though strategy and business plans alone.
We have to unravel the stories and conditioning we hold as products of the society we’ve grown up in. How? By really knowing ourselves and breaking the mould when it comes to how we do business.
