Your kick-off day — two ways to begin:
In person — Joro, Oughtibridge, Sheffield. Begin your journey in one of Sheffield's most celebrated settings. Located in a 19th century mill, Joro is a Michelin Star restaurant with rooms which offers an intimate, beautifully curated space that immediately signals this is not business as usual. We'll spend 4 hours (Wed, Thurs, Fri. 10am - 1pm) going deep, away from your desk, your inbox, and the noise of the day-to-day. Choose to stay the night before or after, lunch is included.
Online — Virtual Immersion The same depth, held beautifully online. A dedicated, distraction-free container over video, just you and I: full focus, full presence. Ideal if you're based outside Sheffield or prefer the flexibility of beginning from your own space.
Phase 2 — The Embodiment & Expansion

A note from Emily
I'm not a strategist that crunches numbers and hands you frameworks you've seen a million times before.
I am someone who has always been fascinated by the way people behave, how and why we act, speak and show up as we do. After years of personal exploration I found a modality that captures the why behind those actions: Human Design.
Applying my Human Design practically and pragmatically to my business changed my life. And because I know how powerful the results can be, I want to share this work with as many female founders as I can. Think of me as your co-conspirator, collaborator and silent sister-CEO.
There is no blueprint for women like us: founders who want to do business differently. We're feeling our way, laying the path for those who will follow. We are the trailblazers. And this work is not going to happen through strategy and business plans alone.
